If you have a site in mind, you would be well placed establishing what your zoning and building rights are for this site. Obtain a copy of your property Title Deeds and check these against your local municipality zoning requirements.
The structures require Municipal Building Approval. This is something that we can assist you with!

After your initial enquiry we will book a consultation with an Anima team member to understand your vision and advise on your objective. We will confirm that your intentions align with Anima, and confirm associated efforts to complete the project.
Confirm the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project. Review the local municipal planning by-laws and legislative requirements, as well as site feasibility given the project specific parameters.
After we have assisted you in determining your preferred layouts and material selection, all relevant document for your own planning and preparation purposes will be handed over. You can use these to co-ordinate with builders, other consultants. If required an application to your local municipality will be made.
Anima requires between 12 — 16 weeks for the fabrication of our units, depending on scale and complexity. It is over this time that the site is to be prepared for delivery.
Our homes are packed as components, with a full set of instructions and delivered to your designated destination ready for a swift re-assembly on site.
You can choose self-construction using a comprehensive set of plans, or make use of our project manager and we can recommend specialised installation teams.
